How much does it cost?+

Most care is available in all 50 states and D.C. The intake checks your location before any medical questions.
How fast can I start?+
The online visit takes a few minutes. A licensed clinician then reviews it, and if you are prescribed, your medication ships from a licensed pharmacy straight to you. Some treatments need labs or a video visit first.
What happens after I'm prescribed?+
Your clinician reviews how it is going, and your dose changes only when you and your clinician agree. For weight care, there are three check-in calls in your first month, around day 3, day 14 and day 28: we help with your first dose, ask how it is going, and pass any medical question to your clinician. Go to all three and take your medicine as prescribed, and what you paid for your first month becomes credit toward your next phase. On a weight care plan of 3 months or longer, a lab panel at month 2 is included at no extra cost.

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal in your patient portal or by emailing care@directwellness.co. It is never harder to cancel than to sign up.
Can I choose my medication?+
You can tell us what you prefer, including whether you would rather avoid needles. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides which treatment, if any, is safe and appropriate for you. You can ask about a different option at any time.
Will I talk to a real clinician?+
Yes. A licensed clinician reviews every intake. Many plans start with a secure online review, and a video visit is scheduled whenever your treatment or your state requires one, or whenever you ask for one.
Do I need labs?+
It depends on your treatment. Your clinician orders labs when your plan needs them, and you go to a Quest location near you. On a weight care plan of 3 months or longer, a lab panel at month 2 is included at no extra cost.
Are compounded medications FDA approved?+
No. Compounded drugs are not FDA approved, and FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. A clinician prescribes a compounded medication only when they determine a patient specific need.
Is Direct Wellness only for women?+
No. Weight care, NAD+, and sermorelin are for adults of any gender. Perimenopause and menopause care is for women.
