The care path
A prescription begins with a patient provider relationship.
The experience is designed around licensed clinical review, informed consent, clear fulfillment, and accessible support.
1. Confirm access
The intake first confirms your age, current physical location, and whether care is available in that state.
Service begins only where both clinician licensure and pharmacy fulfillment are confirmed.
2. Create a secure account
Your secure account verifies identity and presents privacy notices, terms, and telehealth consent before medical questions begin.
3. Complete your intake
Share health history, current medications, allergies, prior treatment, symptoms, goals, and relevant safety information.
4. Receive clinical review
A clinician licensed in your state reviews the intake and completes the legally required evaluation. The clinician may request more information or a live visit.
A questionnaire alone never guarantees or issues a prescription.
5. Fulfillment and support
If prescribed, the patient specific prescription goes to the disclosed pharmacy. The pharmacy confirms, dispenses, and ships the medication.
Patients receive medication instructions and clear contacts for clinical, pharmacy, billing, and safety questions.

The intake takes a few minutes. A licensed clinician reviews every submission before any treatment decision is made.
